President and Chief Operating Officer
Steve has been operating Sound Aircraft Services since 1990, trained and guided many former staff members who have taken on successful careers in aviation, and has been essential in turning the East Hampton Airport into what it is today. Steve holds a B.S. in Aviation Technology from the well-known Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL.

Bernadette has been ensuring the financial health and strategic planning of Sound Aircraft Services since 2017. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner and has degrees in Forensic Accounting, Sociology, Communication Sciences, and Social Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and the Technical University Dresden, Germany.
Robin is assisting our accounting department with all the backend tasks that help our company run as smoothly as it does. She has a degree in accounting and has been a lifelong Montauk resident.
Lead Ramp Controller/Project Manager
Thomas has been our voice on the radio since May 2021 and has since helped the company building up this new department.
CSR Lead and Training Manager/Charter-Booking Junior Manager
Caroline recently graduated from the San Diego State University with a degree in business and entrepreneurship. She has gained an extensive aviation customer service experience over her past four summers with the company and will be in charge of all CSR related aspects and rebuilding the of Sound’s charter-booking department.
